Study Reveals Wilton Manors as Florida’s Most Livable City for Its Cost of Living

The findings were featured by Travel + Leisure, with rankings based on several key factors, including cost of living, crime rates, healthcare access, and local amenities.

Although Wilton Manors is located in the Fort Lauderdale area, which is known for higher prices, it achieved an impressive score of 91 out of 100 for livability.

While the average home price is around $720,000, the study highlights that factors like safety, solid infrastructure, and overall lifestyle offerings make up for the higher housing costs.

Costs and Income in Wilton Manors

The report notes that the median household income in Wilton Manors is $79,390, while annual living expenses come to about $76,044, which breaks down to about $6,337 per month.

Other Top Cities in Florida

In addition to Wilton Manors, other highly-ranked cities include Doctor Phillips and Seminole, which scored 89 points. Tangelo Park emerged as the most affordable among the top 10 cities, with annual living costs slightly over $41,000.
